Ron Zuckerman - Executive Chairman
Ron Zuckerman brings 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor in the high tech industry. He was Founder and Active Chairman of Precise Software Solutions, NASDAQ (Acquired by Veritas in 2003 for over $600M), Founder, Chairman and CEO up to 1999 of Sapiens International, NASDQ. Ron was also an early investor and board member of GVT Telecom (A large Telco in Brazil traded on the BOVESPA), as well as an early investor and shareholder in several publicly traded companies and numerous Israeli related technology startups. He relocated two years ago with his family to Los Angeles to join the Company headquarters.
Larry Aidem - President and CEO
Larry Aidem joined RayV as President & CEO in September 2009. Previously, he was president of Rainbow Ventures, a unit of Cablevision where he was responsible for identifying strategic business opportunities for Rainbow Media and each of its cutting-edge, multi-platform brands including: AMC, IFC, Sundance Channel and WE tv. Prior to joining Rainbow, Mr. Aidem served for 11 years as president and chief executive officer of Sundance Channel LLC. In addition to his ongoing responsibility for all of the network’s business and creative activity, Mr. Aidem worked closely with the Channel’s three owners (NBC Universal, CBS and Robert Redford) on strategy development including the successful sale of the Channel to Cablevision in May 2008.
Ori Birnbaum - Founder, Head of Business Development
Ori Birnbaum is seasoned Internet entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in online marketing and advertising. Ori held positions ranging from a founding executive to a board member in companies such as Hotbar (acquired by Zango), Cellectivity, Interlogic, Betta Marketing and DC group. Ori relocated with his family in two years ago from London to LA to open the Company's headquarters.
Omer Luzzatti - Founder, CTO
Omer Luzzatti brings, to RayV, more than 20 years in development and algorithm research. From 1995 to 2001 Omer was in charge of VocalTec (The first Voice over IP Company) algorithm research, pioneered the integration of video into the first Internet Phone, and contributed to ITU H.323 standards. From 2002 to 2004 Omer was technical advisor in the field of VoIP and Instant Messenger integration to US mobile carriers such as Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. Omer holds several patents in the field of VoIP, a master degree in philosophy/physics from the Tel-Aviv University, and M.Sc in computer science by practice.
Ofer Shem-Tov - Founder, Chief Architect
Ofer has more than 25 years of experience in application development and is considered to be one of the godfathers of VoIP. While working for VocalTec, Ofer was in charge of the group developing the first ever Internet Phone and inventing the first VoIP Plug-in. In 1999 Ofer founded TrulyGlobal (a unified communication platform) and from 2003-2005 served as Chief Software Architect at designing Telco grade platforms and responsible for VocalTec patents.
Ruvik Barkan - COO
Ruvik Barkan has over 25 years of experience in managing Enterprise Software ventures and companies in the global market. Prior to RayV, Ruvik served as Sapiens international COO. He was responsible for all Sapiens International Operations & Sales and P&L as well as managing Over 400 employees in 7 subsidiaries throughout the globe. Sapiens won the Davos forum prize for innovation in technology in 2000.
Morris Azulay, CFO
With over 15 years of experience in diverse industries from Retail to Telecommunications Morris brings to RayV a wealth of experience in finance and operations as well a deep understanding of the capital markets. Prior to RayV Morris held senior management positions at Arthur Andersen, the Fishman Group and Flexlight Networks for which he helped raise over 100 M USD. Morris is a certified CPA.
