  • 9. My video stream keeps getting interrupted with the “buffering” message. Is there any way to fix this?

  • 10. The video quality that my channel is streaming is low. How can I fix this?

Your camera source’s de-interlace feature is probably disabled. Edit your camera source and enable the de-interlace option.

Your active playlists are probably not configured in a loop. Make sure that you have marked the “Repeat” check box on your playlist(s).

  • 12. What is the “Error while preparing input” error and how do I fix it?

If you receive the above error, one of the following has occurred:

    1. The Broadcaster fails to load the source
    2. The device or video file type is not supported or
    3. One of the sources in the playlist is not supported.

To fix this, try to preview each source before adding them as a source and remove unsupported sources.
