RayV Inc. ("RayV" or "we") respects your privacy. To better protect your privacy we provide this Privacy Policy, which applies to all information collected or used by RAYV in connection with this website ("Website"), and all other websites of RAYV and its affiliates linked to this Privacy Policy ("Linked Websites"), and in connection with RAYV's products and services available on this Website or such other Linked Websites. This Privacy Policy explains our online information practices and the how your information is collected and used.

Please note that this Website is intended for use by broadcasters and other visitors who wish to obtain a license to RayV's broadcaster software or viewer software ("Software") and/or services ("Services") offered on our Website. In order to use the Software you will be required to accept terms of the applicable End User License Agreement (made available when downloading the Software). To the extent that any terms of this Privacy Policy conflict with the terms of the End User License Agreement or with any other written (including electronic) agreement between you and RAYV, regarding the use of the Software, specific Services on the Website or Linked Websites, or other specific products and services (including end user licenses, viewer licenses, specific terms of use, or privacy disclosures) (collectively, “Product Agreements”), the terms of the Product Agreements shall govern.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you download the Software you will be required to register as user and provide your name, e-mail address, country of residence and an indication if you are older than 18 years of age (collectively, "User Information").

When you use our Website, Software or Services (all together "Use of the Website"), RayV may access, collect and use your non-personal identifiable information, such as manner, consistency, duration and other information identifying the ways in which you and/or other users as whole Use our Software. When you download and install our Software we may collect technical information about your PC, such as memory, bandwidth etc., for technical reasons and in order to improve our Services. We may also collect statistical and other data related to your Use of the Software, usage patterns and/or other behavioral information. This information is collected and used as non-individually identifiable information.

Any personal information voluntarily disclosed by you on our Website through e-mail, in public-view personal profiles, public-view uploaded materials, chat rooms, message boards, or intra-site message systems, is viewed and possibly used by other users, and such disclosure may have unintended privacy implications for you.

USE OF INFORMATION

We use your User Information for providing our Services and for providing communications related to our Website, Software and Services, including for (i) process and reply of your requests, (ii) provide marketing materials (iii) support related issues, notices about updates, new features, or other information of interest to our users regarding the above.

If you are participating in our Beta Program, then, during the beta trial period, your membership in the beta program will result in your receiving emails and other forms of communications. Once the beta period is concluded, you will be able to opt out from receiving these communications. We use non-individually identifiable information and aggregate information to better manage our Website, track usage and improve our Services. This non personal information may be shared with third parties.

RayV does not share, distribute, sell or rent any of your personal information with/to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

If the information is required by law in order to prevent, investigate, or take action regarding illegal activities, situations involving potential threats to physical safety, rights, property or of any person, suspected fraud and violations of our Terms of Use. In addition, We will share information in respond to legal process, court orders, subpoenas, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
For the purpose of providing and operating RayV's Website or RayV's Services, We may share information with trusted third-party partners who need to know for purpose of providing the Services to you. We will require that these third parties comply with this Privacy Policy.
If RayV becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, We will notify you before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy, through your email address or by placing a prominent notice on our Website.

Any data processing performed by these third parties will, if and when required by law, be governed by data processing agreement in the form required by law, preserving your statutory data protection rights

UPDATE/DELETE USER INFORMATION

All of your User Information is located in your Personal RayV Profile. Your profile can be edited and deleted at any time, by logging in to RayV.com or by re-configuring your account within the Broadcaster Software Profile, with your User ID and password, then entering the “RayV User” area.

To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections, however, you should protect your password from disclosure because anyone who gains access to your password may have access (and may make edits) to your profile.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy from time to time and you are therefore advised to check it regularly. If we make any significant changes in the way we treat personal information, we will notify through your email address or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of the RayV Website, software and/or services after any change to the policy constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
